The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to confort all who mourn,
To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.
In Nov, 1989, in the heat of the day, the visioner David Onanuga was in a village in Odeda local govt. of Ogun State, Nigeria where villagers were coming from their farms with heavy loads on their heads. It looked like loads of oppression, God then said “who will i send, and whom will go for me.” Isa. 6:8. (to deliver these people).
He heard the same voice again in the hot afternoon of Feb. 1990 at a market in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. This led to the call to deliver people from affliction and satanic bondage which started on —- 1991. He and his team has been conducting Evangelistic outreaches, believers conventions, ministers/leadership conference, family life conference, seminal etc. in towns, cities in Nigeria and beyond where signs and wonders were witnessed.
